The developer of this beautiful condominium is Amacon and the architectural design by IBI Group. The interior design by Portico Design Group adds a nice modern feel to the building. Available homes will start at $359,900. I will describe this new development in further detail below.
Building Structure
This beautiful condominium will sit at 19 stories tall with 118 units in this development. Unit sizes will be between 480 SqFt to 1700 SqFt and ceilings will be 8 Ft high. The interior will have hard wood flooring for the most parts of the suite but the bedrooms will have 100% wool carpeting. As for the kitchen, it will have polished stone slab countertops with Bosch appliances.
Security and Lifestyle
As far as security goes, it comes with secured keyless garage and lobby entrance, the garage comes with a double gated garage entry. Each floor will have restricted floor access using the fob. This condominium being made of concrete will have sprinklers all around for fire safety for your piece of mind. Also comes with a courtyard with a children’s play area for any parents out there. They even have an exercise center for residents.
Sustainability
Sustainability is key with these new developments and this condominium has a few environmental sustainability features that are included. One thing I really like is that this building has use of recycled content in major building materials. To add to recycling, this condo will also have a recycling station to make the environment a better place. Also, low VOC finishes and low emitting materials were used to touch up this modern development. Finally, to save money on your bills, dual flush toilets are in each suite and also double glazed, low-E glazing system and highly insulated walls and roof to help with moderating the temperature inside.
Conclusion
To conclude this new development, one thing I really like is the location, it is close to a lot of places downtown. (Everything is within 15 minutes of each other) Also comes with standard security for your protection and also amenities to add to the downtown lifestyle.
